Homeade Pizza with Chef Liam

Ever since Liam was old enough to walk he's wanted to "help" me in the kitchen. 3 years later he is no different. When it comes time to cook he loves to be my assistant, so he jumped for joy when I asked him if he wanted to make Pizza. I took out cheese and had him roll the dough, he was in heaven. I normally buy these "just add water" mixes at Walmart and they work great. I found that if you leave them to rise overnight the dough is even softer and fluffier. Have you tried this Pizza Dough? If not, what's your favorite one?
